Glaucoma
This is one of the most common incisional surgeries
completed for glaucoma. Prescise microsurgical
flaps are constructed in the walls of the eye.
These flaps are arranged to allow a miniscule
and controlled amount of fluid from within the
eye to drain outside of the eye where it is absorbed
by veins. As a result, the pressure inside the
eye falls to a range that does not result in any
eye nerve damage. |
